The following roads will be closed during the winter starting from November 19th, 2024: – Fuji Azami Line leading to the Subashiri 5th Station– Prefectural road Fuji Park Tarobo Line leading to Gotemba New 5th Station– Fuji Skyline leading to the Fujinomiya 5th Station *The hiking trail up to Mount Hoei has already been closed.

A reservation system will be introduced for the Yoshida Route, one of the mountain trails up Mt. Fuji.
Reservations will start from 10am on the 20th. The maximum number of climbers per day is 4,000, of which 3,000 are reserved. At least 1,000 people will be able to pass on the day by paying a toll at the reception. Reservations can be made up to the day before climbing on the Fuji Climbing…
