Fuji Shibazakura Festival Report
The Fuji Shibazakura Festival will be held at the Fuji-Motosuko Resort in Motosu, Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi Prefecture, to coincide with the best time (from mid-April to late May every year) to view the lawn cherry blossoms.
Here is a report on my visit to the Fuji Shibazakura Festival on May 17, 2024
It takes about 30 minutes from Kawaguchiko Station to Shibazakura Festival site by Shibazakura Liner.
When you enter the entrance, you will see the Shibazakura cherry blossoms blooming all over the area.
Mt.Fuji and the Shibazakura cherry blossoms are very beautiful!
There is also an observation deck and a photo spot, where visitors are crazy about taking pictures!
If you get tired, there are cafes and food stalls where you can take a relaxing break!
The 2024 event will run until Sunday, May 26, so if you visit Kawaguchiko, be sure to stop by!
